UNIVERSITY OF MATARAM

The University of Mataram (UNRAM) is a university organized under the Ministry of National Education, Research and Technology based in Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara Province. UNRAM has diverse disciplines including Medical Education, Economics, Education, Engineering, Law, Politics and Social studies, Natural Science, Agricultural Studies, and Animal Husbandry. UNRAM is located in Mataram, the capital city of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province. UNRAM currently has 10 faculties with 36 study programmes for undergraduates which all require 4-year period of study, 12 Master programmes for postgraduates, Doctor of Law, that is the only doctoral program owned by the University of Mataram which is part of the Faculty of Law. Both the Diploma and Vocational Programme provide 4 study programmes and some of which are regulated under faculties with the similar disciplines. In addition, UNRAM also provides BIPA (Bahasa Indonesia untuk Penutur Asing) or Indonesian Language for Foreign Speakers that is intended for International students or foreigners in general who are interested in participating in Indonesian language training, managed by the Language Center of the University of Mataram starting from beginner to advanced level. UNRAM now has about 25.121 registered students, which includes undergraduates and postgraduates students. UNRAM has so far contributed greatly to the creation of competent and professional graduates within the scope of science, research and community service which is the main goal of the implementation of an educational institution. All graduates are ready to compete globally with the capacity and provisions they already have.
